The Hotel can be easily reached by car, train and plane.
It is in an ideal position to visit the most beautiful Umbrian sites: it takes two minutes to get to the Porziuncola of S.Maria degli Angeli, of Franciscan origin; seven minutes to the historical centre of Assisi; eighteen to S.Egidio airport; fifteen to Perugia; forty-fifty minutes to reach all the towns of Umbria.
Transfers to and from the railway station and the airport can be arranged by the staff, who can also contact numerous agencies which plan guided tours.
How to reach us by car.
From Florence:
coming from Florence, take the Valdichiana exit from the motor way Al (Autostrada del Sole), take the high way to Perugia-Assisi as far as Bastia Centro.
From Rome:
Coming from Rome, take the Orte exit from the motor way A1, then take the high way towards Terni-Spoleto, Foligno and Assisi, after which there is the indication to Bastia Centro.
Via Roma is the main street which connects Bastia with S.Maria degli Angeli. Le Muse Hotel is more or less half-way between the two towns.
How to reach us by train.
Get off at either Bastia or Assisi-Santa Maria degli Angeli station: the Hotel is approximately half way between them. From there you can take a taxi and reach the hotel in five minutes.
How to reach us by plane.
From the international airport of S.Egidio, Bastia can be reached only by taxi in about ten minutes. Otherwise, a car can be rented.
